As Certified Personal Trainer, I am committed to help my clients reach their fitness goals through cardio, strength training, and stretching and flexibility exercises. I will work one-on-one with my clients to develop personalized fitness plans.

Personal Training Cancellation Policies and Procedures: All trainings must be scheduled and paid in advance. 24 hour notice is required for cancellations, otherwise you will be charged.
