Zumba®
Perfect for Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Zumba® is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave our classes. (No equipment required)
Zumba® Toning
This class is designed for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! (Light weights provided at the studio)
30/30 - 30 Min High Impact Zumba®/30 Min Zumba® Toning
This high impact class will have you kicking it up a notch. Get your cardio workout in followed by toning your muscles. This class is high energy and you will definitely sweat all while having FUN! (Light weights provided at the studio)
TRX
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. (Mat required, TRX straps provided at the studio)
