CLASSES OFFERED
Zumba®
Perfect for Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.  We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  Zumba®​ is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave our classes. (No equipment required)

Zumba® Toning 
This class is designed for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!  The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! (Light weights required)

STRONG Nation™
Strong combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. (Mat required)

Beginner Yoga (Virtual only at this time)
This class will lightly introduce the flow of yoga poses and the linking of breath with movement.  You will begin to develop flexibility and increase relaxation.  Perfect for those who are new to Yoga. (Mat required)

30/30 - 30 Min High Impact 
Zumba®/30 Min Zumba® Toning (Virtual only at this time)
This high impact class will have you kicking it up a notch.  Get your cardio workout in followed by toning your muscles.  This class is high energy and you will definitely sweat all while having FUN! (Light weights required)


Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.
Real people for real results — Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available! (Light kettlebell or light weights and mat required)

Butts and Guts

A class dedicated to tone your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it'll also target your quads and hamstrings. (Mat required)

Barre
Barre is designed to be a full-body workout broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including the arms, thighs, glutes, and core. (Light weights and mat required)

Stretch and Strengthen
Take a break from your day with an invigorating stretch-based workout that strengthens your body and mind with a series of fluid movements. Work up a gentle sweat as you get your body ready to take on the rest of your day. (Mat required)

TRX
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. (No equipment required, TRX straps provided at the studio)
